Used on its own or in conjunction with traditional medical care, acupuncture is a highly effective, natural way to alleviate pain, provide healing, and balance the whole body. Get started on your path to healing today.
First we have an initial consultation where we learn about you, your lifestyle, and what you hope to change.
Next we create a treatment plan customized to your health goals, and incorporating other therapies as needed.
Then it's time to start working together to mend your body, calm your mind, and rejuvenate your spirit.
At Acu-4-Life Acupuncture, you are the center of our practice. Working closely with you to understand your needs, we identify a treatment plan to help you maintain and achieve whole body health.

A healthy person has a constant, unimpeded flow of qi – or life force – that nourishes, replenishes, and protects the body. When this qi becomes blocked, the body manifests this stoppage as illness or pain. Inserting needles at specific points releases qi and stimulates the body's restorative and recuperative powers.
Usually patients begin feeling better within three to four treatments, and a course of ten sessions is usually recommended. Acupuncture is cumulative – each treatment builds upon the last, so consistency is the key to success.
Every person is unique and experiences acupuncture differently, but most people find it very relaxing. You might feel a small prick and some soreness when the needle is inserted, but that sensation quickly dissipates.

I have been going to Ann for over 6 years. She helped me through 2 pregnancies, back aches, and a nagging cough that just wouldn't go away. She is a miracle worker if you ask me. Ann is very knowledgeable and friendly. She really listens to you and zones in on your current issues. I highly recommend Ann!
